The wave pool and lazy river are fantastic for a fun day by the pool. But drinks and food are overpriced, especially cocktails. The casino is clean, but the machines felt a little tight on payouts. a decent spot to enjoy a weekend, but be ready to spend extra.

The pool area is fantastic, especially the lazy river and wave pool. Check-in was a hassle with long lines and unresponsive staff. Great dining options nearby. Prices for snacks in the mini-bar are outrageous. Overall, a decent stay but be ready for hidden fees.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Long wait for check-in was frustrating.

The room was lovely and spacious, with ADA certification ensuring excellent accessibility. The view of the strip was outstanding. temperature control was an issue; the room didn’t cool properly, and we waited hours for assistance. The carpet on the 7th floor had an unpleasant odor, affecting my allergies. The lack of a refrigerator was disappointing, as renting one seemed unnecessary. Good soundproofing kept the casino and hallway noise at bay, but we did hear some disturbances late at night. comfort varied due to these details, impacting the relaxation we sought.

I can’t get over how frustrating the check-in process was. Waiting over 40 minutes felt ridiculous, especially since the room ended up being underwhelming. The thin walls meant I caught every word from the neighbors, which killed any chance of relaxation.

The room felt more like a spacious suite, complete with a huge tub and an incredibly comfy bed. The pool area was a highlight, especially the lazy river, offering a perfect blend of fun and relaxation. dirty sheets and pillowcases definitely took away from the experience. The location was ideal—quieter and more picturesque than the central strip, with a helpful tram to nearby hotels. But the check-in process was frustrating, with staff seeming a bit out of sync, making it hard for first-timers to navigate. Despite the quirks, there was still a fresh vibe and enjoyable moments.

clean rooms, friendly staff with exceptionally comfortable beds and a convenient location for exploring nearby attractions like NY NY and M&M’s World.
All was perfect.

Mandalay Bay boasts a prime location on the Las Vegas Strip, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the efficient online check-in process, various service and maintenance issues marred my experience. it's a mixed bag.

The kids had a blast at the theme park, with tons of rides to choose from. The staff were friendly and always willing to help us find our way around.
It wasn't cheap, but the fun made it worth it.

I found it super easy to explore the bustling Strip, with the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign just a short 10-minute stroll away and iconic spots like the High Roller and T-Mobile Arena only a bit further, making every weekend walk a delightful adventure; the rooms were clean and comfy, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing, but the pool hours could definitely use some extending as they close pretty early.

The view from my room was spectacular, it was hard to look away from the bright lights. I love that the hotel had easy access to the tramway and great dining options nearby.
The WiFi was a bit hit or miss in my room.

Mandalay Bay is the ultimate family vacation spot, offering the perfect chill spot girlfriend getaway at its Beach. Enjoy top fun under the sun with the kiddos, splashing in the waves and building epic sandcastles.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities onsite.

Convenient location. The bed was quite comfortable. Room size was impressive, and the ADA accessibility met my needs excellently. The hotel resembles a sprawling village—almost too large. Pools were crowded, not quite as advertised. The aquarium was enjoyable, but expect disappointment at the river. Overpriced amenities draw attention: $24 for water? Ridiculous. Rooms were clean but felt tired and outdated, a renovation could work wonders. Unfriendly staff added to the frustrations; reservations were disregarded. The distance from the main strip is a trade-off worth considering. Great for families, but those without kids might find better options available. Pricey dining choices and limited restaurant selection could improve the experience.

Had a blast at this hotel! The place was clean and smelled amazing all day. The room was huge and the bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The pool area was epic - loved the lazy river and wave pool. Another cool thing was the free tram that took us to nearby hotels, saving us some bucks on transportation. Plus, the casino was a blast, spent hours playing!
The towels were a bit worn out and needed changing, but that's a minor thing. Also, the prices for drinks by the pool were a bit steep, but hey, it's a fancy hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of meetings. The staff members were friendly and always willing to help with any inquiries. the hotel's central location provided convenient access to key business areas in the city.
the virtual key system caused some confusion and delays, leading to some inconvenience.

The heating system worked well, ensuring we stayed cozy on cooler evenings. we did encounter some issues with the air conditioning, as it struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit of a disappointment for us as we enjoy starting our mornings with a hot cup of coffee. The mini-bar was also lacking, with limited options and high prices. the sitting area could have been more comfortable and inviting for relaxation after a long day of exploring the Vegas Strip. We were pleasantly surprised by the provision of a trouser press in the room, which helped us look our best for a night out. And while the Wi-Fi in the rooms required an additional fee, the connectivity was strong and reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The garden furniture outside provided a nice spot to enjoy the views and soak up the sun, although we wished there were more options for seating. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch and added a touch of luxury to our stay. In terms of entertainment, the AM/FM alarm clock and flat-screen TV were convenient amenities for our relaxation time. The room's carpeted floor added a cozy feel, but we did notice some wear and tear that could use some attention. We appreciated the option for room service, which came in handy on lazy mornings or late-night cravings. the availability of car hire and dry cleaning services on-site made our stay more convenient. Housekeeping services were efficient and kept our room tidy throughout our stay. we did experience some delays with valet parking, and the welcome drink we were promised upon arrival was not offered.

The rooms felt like a stylish calm oasis. I was entertained by a virtual theater tour and met Michael Jackson ONE artists - very VIP! I loved the steakhouse with a Japanese twist.
Resort fees for everything felt like getting my wallet vacuumed.

Room upgrade surprise for my wife turned into a disappointment as the promised text notification never arrived. After a long wait, the pool cabana experience, though delayed, was enjoyable. The convenience of the elevator leading directly to the pool was a big positive. The room itself was large and nicely furnished.

The property offers spacious and cozy rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large bathroom with both a tub and a big shower. The pool area is one of the best in the entire city, with no lines and plenty of open pools to enjoy.
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints

Had an epic time at the House of Blues rockin' out and living our best life at the beach party! Chillin' with the Michael Jackson ONE crew was lit - like, they're beyond cool!
Wish there was a more vibin' teen hangout spot to meet new peeps and dance 'til dawn while sippin' on mocktails.

Our stay at the hotel and casino was absolutely wonderful. The pool experience was a highlight, with a fantastic wave pool and a lazy river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and had a beautiful view. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The variety of food options available was impressive and we enjoyed dining at the best restaurants located inside the hotel, especially the steak house next to the casino.
